A two-day onsite intensive inside a business acquired, stabilized, and scaled by the Acquisition Hack team. Not a conference. Not a classroom. The real thing.
And who should not apply.
This is not about information. You can find information anywhere. This is about pattern recognition, judgment, and operational intuition that only come from seeing the real thing.
Walk away with a clear framework for evaluating, structuring, and closing deals, built from a real transaction you witnessed firsthand.
Study sanitized versions of actual deal documents: LOI, APA, communications, and operational plans used in a completed acquisition.
Engage with the team that executed the acquisition. Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and understand what worked and what did not.
Identify the gaps in your acquisition approach, sharpen your timeline, and leave with a concrete sense of what you need to do next.
You will be inside the business. Walking the floor. Meeting the people.
Reviewing the decisions. Asking hard questions and getting direct answers.
Not a hotel ballroom. You walk through the actual facility, meet real employees, and see real operations in motion.
This is not a lecture. The format is built around your questions. Bring your toughest ones. The team will answer directly.
To go deep, we require a signed NDA. This allows us to share the real numbers, real challenges, and real lessons without reservation.
Each pillar is grounded in a real decision, a real outcome, and a real lesson from the acquisition you are walking through.
Define your acquisition criteria, align your resources, and build a search strategy that filters signal from noise.
On market and off market channels. How deals actually surface, and how to position yourself to see the best ones.
How to assess a business quickly, identify value drivers, and determine whether a deal is worth pursuing before you invest significant time.
The real diligence process, what to look for, what nearly killed this deal, and how to catch problems before they become yours.
Capital stack design, SBA lending, seller financing, equity positioning, and how the numbers actually come together at closing.
Final negotiations, legal mechanics, last-minute surprises, and what actually happens in the days leading to a signed deal.
The first 30 to 90 days post close. Introducing yourself to employees, vendors, and customers while keeping the business running.
Operational improvements, system upgrades, team development, and the changes that move the business from surviving to performing.
Growth strategy, operational leverage, and long-term positioning. How to build something that compounds, whether you plan to hold or exit.
Exact venue provided upon acceptance. You will be inside the operating business itself.
Complete onsite walkthrough, operational deep dive, and structured Q and A sessions throughout the day.
Continued deep dives, final Q and A, and closing discussions. Duration depends on group engagement.

Operators, not influencers. Builders, not theorists.
Acquisition Hack is led by two hands-on operators who've been in the trenches — acquiring, integrating, fixing, and scaling real businesses with real teams, real payroll, and real consequences.
You're not learning from people who talk about deals. You're learning from people who close them — and then do the work that actually makes them worth more.
Learn the exact process they use to buy, fix, and scale businesses.
Seats are limited and acceptance is not guaranteed. Complete the application below and we will review it promptly.

This is not a program, course, or event in the traditional sense. You are physically inside a real business that was acquired, stabilized, and scaled by the Acquisition Hack team. You are reviewing real documents, meeting real people, and examining real decisions. There are no slides, no stages, and no sponsors.
You will see real financials, communications, and operational details. The NDA protects the business and its team.
Attendance is intentionally limited to ensure high-quality discussion and direct access to the hosts.
Bring your questions, your acquisition criteria, and any deal challenges you're currently navigating.
No. The $4,900 covers full access to the two-day onsite intensive, all session materials, the sanitized document library, group dinner, and the optional sauna and cold plunge experience. Hotel and travel to Pittsburgh are your responsibility.
If you are not accepted you will be notified and no charge will be made. We may suggest a future cohort or alternative resources depending on where you are in your acquisition journey.
The experience is designed for the decision-maker. Substitutions are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance.
Due to the limited and curated nature of the event, all sales are final once accepted. Please reach out directly if extraordinary circumstances arise.
