Walk Through a Real
Acquisition.
From the Inside.

A two-day onsite intensive inside a business acquired, stabilized, and scaled by the Acquisition Hack team. Not a conference. Not a classroom. The real thing.

Limited seats. Application required.

What This Is & What This Is Not

What This Is

  • An immersive, in-person walkthrough of a real business that was sourced, acquired, stabilized, and scaled
  • Direct access to the operators, the team, the systems, and the actual decisions that shaped the outcome
  • Real artifacts you can study: LOI, APA, communications, and operational plans (sanitized under NDA)
  • A compressed, high-density experience designed to shorten your learning curve by years

What This Is Not

  • Not a conference with panels, sponsors, or networking happy hours
  • Not a classroom, course, or slide deck presentation
  • Not a pitch for additional products or upsells
  • Not theoretical, hypothetical, or based on case studies from other people

Who This Is For

And who should not apply.

You Should Apply If

Operators actively searching for a business to acquire
Searchers under LOI or in diligence who want to pressure-test their process against a completed deal
Post-close owners looking to stabilize, improve, or scale what they already own
Professionals with capital, conviction, and a clear timeline to move

You Should Not Apply If

Casual browsers or those attending out of curiosity alone
Anyone looking for a shortcut, a formula, or a guru-style playbook
Those unwilling to sign an NDA and engage with real, sensitive information
People who are not seriously considering acquiring or operating a business

What You Leave With

This is not about information. You can find information anywhere. This is about pattern recognition, judgment, and operational intuition that only come from seeing the real thing.

A Tested Mental Model

Walk away with a clear framework for evaluating, structuring, and closing deals, built from a real transaction you witnessed firsthand.

Real Document Exposure

Study sanitized versions of actual deal documents: LOI, APA, communications, and operational plans used in a completed acquisition.

Direct Operator Access

Engage with the team that executed the acquisition. Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and understand what worked and what did not.

Clarity on Your Own Process

Identify the gaps in your acquisition approach, sharpen your timeline, and leave with a concrete sense of what you need to do next.

The Format

You will be inside the business. Walking the floor. Meeting the people.
Reviewing the decisions. Asking hard questions and getting direct answers.

Inside the Business

Not a hotel ballroom. You walk through the actual facility, meet real employees, and see real operations in motion.
